We believe in building intense character development and elite-level teams.
We believe in finding breakthrough moments within ourselves that motivate us to do better. We believe in setting stretch goals, and then doing whatever it takes to demolish them. We believe in creating strong generations of people so we can continue to strive as a society. We believe in doing what ever possible to keep saying “made in USA”. We believe in those who are committed to growth, mental toughness and all-things hard.
We believe in Iron Warriors.
We build makers and protectors, craftsmen with character. At Iron Warrior Academy, students train in two inseparable areas: Iron Skills and Warrior Skills.
Iron Skills make you capable. Warrior Skills make you dependable. Together they produce young men who can build with excellence, lead with humility, and stand ready for real life.
Fire, steel, precision, and pride in work.
Iron Skills are the hands-on craft disciplines that turn raw material into real products. Students aren’t just learning theory — they’re building, repairing, machining, and creating with their own hands.
Strength of body. Strength of mind. Strength of character.
Warrior Skills develop the kind of person who can be trusted with responsibility — in the shop, on a team, and in moments that matter.
America is short hundreds of thousands of skilled trade workers, and the gap keeps growing in shops and factories nationwide. But a shortage is also an open door: if you’re willing to learn a real craft and work hard, there’s a strong future here.
Iron Warrior Academy trains from the ground up — safety, tools, fit-up, technique, and repeatable weld quality — so you don’t just “try welding,” you become a confident builder. You leave with real projects, real competence, and a path forward. Build. Earn. Lead.
Skilled workers are retiring faster than they’re being replaced. That means steady work, strong pay, and real job security for people who know how to build.
Stop living behind a screen. In the trades, you create real things people use every day—and you can point to your work with pride.
Skip the debt and the waiting. Learn a high-value skill, start earning sooner, and keep more money in your pocket.
Welding, fabrication, casting, machining—these skills stack. The more you learn, the more doors open across industries.
The trades reward people who work hard and level up. Master your craft, earn respect, and step into leadership faster than you think.
You’ll work with good people, solve real problems, and build a future that matters—for you, your family, and your community.
Students train on real equipment, in real shop conditions, learning processes like MIG, TIG, Stick, cutting, fitting, fabrication, and finishing — all while completing meaningful projects that prove their capability. Whether you’re a beginner looking for a strong foundation or a rising tradesman wanting to level up, our in-person environment pushes you to work hard, learn fast, and take pride in the craft. Come ready to sweat, solve problems, and leave with skills you can use for life.
Apprentices learn welding, foundry basics, fabrication, and tool mastery while also growing in leadership, discipline, and problem-solving. For locally qualifying high schools, this program can be aligned for career-pathway credit, giving students a head start toward industry certifications and job readiness. This isn’t busywork — it’s a launchpad into the trades, where students become builders, teammates, and future industry leaders.
What You Leave With
Begin Your Journey
Discipline
We start with standards: show up early, work safe, do the small things right.
Discipline is the foundation that everything else stands on.
Knowledge
You learn the why behind the weld — tools, materials, angles, heat, and process.
Knowledge turns effort into progress.
Grit
You get tested. You miss. You adjust. You go again. Grit is staying in the fight until it’s yours.
Mastery
Reps become rhythm. Rhythm becomes confidence. Mastery is doing it right — every time — even when nobody’s watching.
Mentorship
Iron sharpens iron. We rise by teaching what we’ve learned. Mentorship turns skill into leadership.
Legacy
What you build outlives you — in your work, your family, your community.
Legacy is the mark you leave through who you become.
Leave Your Legacy
This is the path from raw potential to lasting impact.
Iron Warrior Academy 501(c)(3) was established by Kory & Ali Anderson with a bold vision: to revitalize American manufacturing through skilled trades education. Our company trains the next generation of craftsmen who will keep the "Made in USA" label strong for decades to come.
At Iron Warriors, we stand firmly on the values of hard work, craftsmanship, and personal responsibility. We believe in the dignity of skilled labor and the pride that comes from building something with your own hands. Our educational approach combines technical expertise with character development, ensuring our graduates are not just skilled workers but leaders in their field who understand that quality work reflects personal integrity.
Iron Warriors was founded with three clear purposes: to preserve and strengthen the "Made in USA" tradition of manufacturing excellence, to build a new generation of builders who take pride in their craft, and to help young Americans find purpose through meaningful work. We believe that skilled trades aren't just careers—they're callings that provide lifelong satisfaction and contribute to our nation's strength and self-reliance. Our programs bridge the critical skills gap facing American industry today.
Our mentorship philosophy is guided by Proverbs 27:17: "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." We believe that true mastery comes through challenging apprenticeships where experienced craftsmen forge the next generation through rigorous training and high standards. This biblical principle informs our hands-on approach, where students learn by doing under the watchful eye of masters who demand excellence. Through this process of refinement, we develop tradespeople who are sharp, resilient, and ready to excel.
Real stories from students, parents and employers who've experienced the life-changing impact of our skilled trades education and apprenticeship programs.
The Iron Warrior Academy helped me realize how much more I’m capable of. It gave me confidence in leading teams and was overall a life-changing experience.
As a mother, I was worried when my son chose trade school over college. Now I couldn't be prouder. Iron Warriors didn't just teach him welding - they instilled discipline, confidence, and purpose.
Iron Warrior let me earn real high school credit while learning a real skill. I’m graduating with confidence and a head start on my career.
No. Iron Warrior Academy is built for beginners and early builders. If you’re willing to learn, work hard, and hold yourself to a high standard, you belong here. We start with fundamentals and build from there.
Think of it as three ways to walk the same path:
E-courses are the best starting point if you need flexibility or want to build a foundation before coming to the shop.
In-person training is for students ready to learn fast with hands-on coaching and real builds.
Apprenticeships are for those ready to commit long-term and grow under real production standards.
If you’re not sure, apply anyway — we’ll help you choose the right next step.
We open e-course access, training cohorts, and apprenticeship slots based on student demand and shop capacity. That means you won’t wait for a random school calendar — you’ll get the next available opening that fits your goals. Join the list, and we’ll reach out with upcoming options as soon as they’re live.
In-person training is designed to be a full-focus experience. Your tuition covers the training itself plus the core materials and shop resources needed for your builds. Depending on the cohort and location, lodging and meals may be included or offered as an add-on — we’ll confirm everything clearly before you commit.
Apprenticeships are longer-form training tracks that vary based on student readiness and current openings. They’re for students who show strong work ethic, coachability, and commitment to the craft. If you’re hungry to learn and willing to be pushed, apply — we’ll talk through fit and timing.
Yes. We offer scholarships as funding allows. Sponsorships go directly toward helping students cover training costs, gear, and build materials. When someone sponsors a future craftsman, they’re not donating to a vague cause — they’re opening a real seat for someone ready to work and grow.
